Love this place been coming for a year 2023-2024 The original owners might have retired but that hasn't stopped their portions and taste! The place is a little small and hard to notice but inside the smell blows you away. Always remember to be respectful as a Chinese person myself the workers respond well to basic mannerisms, this might be due to the fact the location on 7th and S Main has rampant homeless a crackheads (not all of them) but I would assume that the panhandlers outside and boisterous people who frequent, it is nice when the workers serve me with a smile! Manners are free! Thank you ABC I will miss your food when I move from DTLA!!

Great option for some dim sum and fast food Chinese! There's a little parking lot but you have to back out to park. Sundays the street meters outside are free! We came for some dim sum take out (har gow, shu mai, shrimp noodles, turnip cake). Prices are about $4 per set. Lots of people came at opening around 8:30 on a Sunday morning, all getting lunch takeout combos! Shu mai ran out a few times while we were waiting but they quickly restock. It's attached to the main ABC restaurant but this is a separate take out.
When in LA and you are craving quick Chinese food to go, drop by this place. We have been going here for more than 20 years. They have great selections w/c includes bbq items and some dimsum. Their portions are generous, and the staff are friendly. You just have to be patient w them and make sure they understand what you are ordering.
I recently moved here from Atlanta and I've been trying to find good Chinese take out. I will say this is the best I've found so far here in LA but it's not what I'm looking for. I don't play about my Chinese food and very good Chinese take out is hard to come by but when you find a place, you're blessed lol This place is in a tucked off interesting part of Downtown LA but they seem to be clean (in spite of its surroundings). The people are nice and they give you A LOT of food for a good price. I do advise that you bring cash to pay otherwise they will charge you a $1 card fee. Overall, this place was good and I'll be back but I am still on the lookout for GREAT Chinese take out so please let me know if you have any suggestions!
I had this growing up and having it 10+ years later, it taste the same. Honestly better, it's the way the meal comes together. The long noodles and the crispy rice. It's hard finding cheap chinese take out or some will call it "ghetto chinese food". It doesnt look like other places, it it unique. You wont regret it, I finished my plate but I want more. my fish plate cost $6.75
